Grant is an actor based in Chicago. Before moving to Chicago, he started his acting journey in the suburbs where he spent most of his time at the High School Repertory Theatre Company. This is where he learned a lot of the foundational skills and was fully introduced to the exciting world of theatre.
He graduated with a BFA in Acting from Columbia College Chicago. Apart from being mentored by incredible professors at CCC, he learned a lot from hands-on theatre work during his education. Some notable techniques and skills studied are Meisner, Viewpoints, Lecoq, Feldenkrais, stage combat, and clowning.
Throughout his college career, Grant started bridging the gap between his theatre experience and his time on-screen. Through student short films, he was able to learn the nuances and differences of acting in this medium. His most recent film project was High Stakes, a microbudget stoner-comedy short film set in high school, where Grant plays "Bug," the self-assured rock of the friend group in a world where everyone is trying to prove themselves.
